October 5, 2011 - A stipulation of settlement was filed by the parties.
October 1, 2009 - The court granted in part and denied in part the defendants motion to dismiss, dismissed particular individual defendants.
September 9, 2008 - The Court of Appeals ordered the decision of the district court vacated in part and remanded.
June 15, 2006 - A notice of appeal was filed.
November 17, 2005 - The court granted in part and denied in part the defendants' motion to dismiss.
May 17, 2005 - A motion to dismiss the amended consolidated complaint was filed.
March 1, 2005 - An amended consolidated complaint was filed.
July 20, 2004 - An investor in securities and/or sellers of put options of Washington Mutual Inc (NYSE: WM began trading on OTC sheets as OTC: WAMUQ September 29, 2008 and no longer trading as of March 20, 2012) filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington against Washington Mutual Inc over alleged violations of Federal Securities Laws between April 15, 2003 and June 28, 2004.
