San Diego, Mar. 01, 2012 (Shareholders Foundation) -- An investigation on behalf of investors in shares of Vocus, Inc. (NASDAQ:VOCS) over potential securities laws violations by certain officers and directors at Vocus was announced.

However, then Vocus, Inc. shares dropped from $22.56 on Tuesday to $13.30 on Wednesday after Vocus, Inc. reported on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 its Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2011 Results.
