July 9, 2019 - An investor in shares of Verb Technology Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: VERB) filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California over alleged violations of Federal Securities Laws by Verb Technology Company, Inc in connection with certain allegedly false and misleading statements made between January 3, 2018 and May 2, 2018.

Shares of Verb Technology Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: VERB) grew to $45.60 per share on April 16, 2018.
Then, on April 23, 2018, the truth as to Verb Technology Company’s relationship with Oracle began to emerge. Verb Technology Company revealed the actual terms of the Oracle Agreement through the filing of a Form 8-K. Shares of Verb Technology Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: VERB) declined to $2.28 per share in the end of 2018.
