Summary

November 26, 2019 - An investor in shares of SCANA Corporation (NYSE: SCG) filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina over alleged violations of Federal Securities Laws by Deloitte, LLP in connection with certain allegedly false and misleading statements made between February 27, 2015 and December 20, 2017.

According to the complaint the plaintiff alleges on behalf of purchasers of SCANA Corporation (NYSE: SCG) common shares, that the defendants violated Federal Securities Laws.
