January 29, 2019 - An investor in shares of ProShares Trust II (NYSEARCA: SVXY) filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York over alleged violations of Federal Securities Laws by ProShares Trust II, ProShares Capital Management LLC, certain of their officers and/or directors and the underwriters of ProShares Trust II (NYSEARCA: SVXY) shares offered for sale between May 15, 2017 and February 5, 2018 in connection with certain allegedly false and misleading statements made between May 15, 2017 and February 5, 2018.

According to the complaint the plaintiff alleges on behalf of purchasers of ProShares Trust II (NYSEARCA: SVXY) common shares between May 15, 2017 and February 5, 2018, that the defendants violated Federal Securities Laws.
More specifically, the plaintiff claims that in the Registration Statement and du between May 15, 2017 and February 5, 2018, defendants made false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose adverse information regarding the risks of investing in the Fund.
