Investigation Overview
August 19, 2016 (Shareholders Foundation) - An investigation on behalf of investors of Power Solutions International Inc (NASDAQ:PSIX) shares over potential securities laws violations by Power Solutions International and certain of its directors and officers in connection certain financial statements was announced.

Specifically, Power Solutions International Inc stated that it has not completed its financial statements in light of an ongoing review of allegations made by a former employee concerning certain transactions involving revenue recognition

On August 18, 2016, Power Solutions International Inc announced that it received a notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market ('Nasdaq') on August 16, 2016, stating that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because it did not timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
