Investigation Overview
January 7, 2016 (Shareholders Foundation) - An investigation on behalf of investors of New Senior Investment Group Inc (NYSE:SNR) shares over potential securities laws violations by New Senior Investment Group and certain of its directors and officers in connection certain financial statements was announced.

Shares of New Senior Investment Group Inc (NYSE:SNR) declined from as high as $19.30 per share in November 2014 to as low as $8.68 per share in December 2015.
