An investigation on behalf of investors of Leap Wireless International, Inc. (NASDAQ: LEAP) over possible breaches of fiduciary duties was announced.
The investigation by a law firm concerns whether Leap Wireless International, certain of its officers and directors, and/or others breached their fiduciary duties.
