February 27, 2017 - An investor in shares of Invuity Inc (NASDAQ: IVTY) filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California over alleged violations of Federal Securities Laws by Invuity Inc in connection with certain allegedly false and misleading statements made between July 19, 2016 and November 3, 2016.

More specifically, the plaintiff claims that between July 19, 2016 and November 3, 2016, Invuity Inc misrepresented its ability to sustain its average revenue per account, which serves as a critical metric for the Company’s growth.
