According to a press release a law firm is currently investigating securities fraud claims against China Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. (AMEX: KUN) on behalf of investors who purchased China Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc securities during the period between July 23, 2007 and August 20, 2008, inclusive.

According to the press release on August 20, 2008, China Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc announced that its previously issued financial statements for the fiscal periods ended June 30, September 30, and December 30, 2007 and fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2008, should no longer be relied upon and would be restated due to certain accounting errors, internal control issues and related matters. This adverse announcement shocked the market causing the Companys stock to fall approximately 25%.
