October 4, 2004 - Another investor filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased Infineon Technologies AG American Depositary Shares (ADS) (OTC: IFNNY) between March 13, 2000 and September 15, 2004.
September 30, 2004 - An investor in American Depositary Shares (ADS) of Infineon Technologies AG (OTC: IFNNY) filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Infineon Technologies AG over alleged violations of Federal Securities Laws between March 13, 2000 and July 19, 2004.
The complaint alleges that Infineon Technologies AG engaged in securities fraud by participating in an illegal price-fixing conspiracy involving Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) and then inflating the price of Infineon Technolgoies AG securities by making misrepresentations about the impact of the artificially inflated DRAM prices on Infineon’s corporate value.
