<p>On Thursday the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed a second lawsuit this week against a British hedge fund. The SEC filed a lawsuit against U.K.-based hedge fund adviser Headstart Advisers Ltd. alleging the comany manipulated U.S. mutual funds through late-trading and deceptive market-timing practices from 1998 to 2003.</p>
