The investigation by a law firm concerns whether certain Goldman Sachs Group officers and directors breached their fiduciary duties and caused damage to the company and its shareholders.
Goldman Sachs Group Inc reported that its annual Total Revenue declined from over $40.08 billion in 2014 to over $39.39 billion in 2015 and that its Net Income declined from over $8.47 billion in 2014 to over $6.08 billion in 2015.
Shares of Goldman Sachs Group Inc (NYSE:GS) declined from over $213 per share in June 2015 to as low as $138.20 per share on June 27, 2016.
