July 25, 2014 - An investor in shares of Dolan Company (The) (NYSE: DM now trading on the OTC sheets as DOLN) filed a lawsuit in the U.S. Court for the District of Minnesota against Dolan Company (The) over alleged violations of Federal Securities Laws in connection with certain allegedly false and misleading statements made between August 1, 2013 and January 2, 2014.

The lawsuit alleges that certain former officers of Dolan Company (The) violated Federal Securities Laws by, among other things, failing to disclose that Dolan Company's (The) operating results and financial condition were deteriorating, which resulted in Dolan Company (The) no longer being a going concern.

On January 2, 2014, Dolan Company (The) announced that, among other things, it had received a continued listing standards notice from the New York Stock Exchange. On this news, shares of Dolan Company (The) stock (NYSE: DM) declined $0.14 per share, 20.29%, to close on January 3, 2014, at $0.55 per share, on unusually heavy volume. As a result of Dolan Company's (The) subsequent bankruptcy, Dolan Company's (The) common stock has been cancelled.
