May 12, 2010 - An investor in shares of CommScope Inc (NYSE: CTV) filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina against CommScope Inc over alleged violations of Federal Securities Laws in connection with certain allegedly false and misleading statements made between April 29, 2008 and October 30, 2008.
