According to the complaint the plaintiff alleges that Boeing Company (The) and certain of its officers and directors violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by issuing between May 4, 2009 and June 22, 2009 false and misleading statements to the market concerning the results of the testing process for the commercial jetliners “The Dreamliner 787” and Boeing Company (The)’s ability to meet the schedule for the first flight and delivery of the Dreamliner 787.
