March 10, 2015 (Shareholders Foundation) - An investigation on behalf of former employees of Avon Products, Inc. (NYSE:AVP), who is a current or former participant in the Avon Products Employee Stock Ownership Plan, concerning potential Breaches of Fiduciary Duty was announced.

Avon Products, Inc. reported that its annual Total Revenue declined from over $11.09 billion in 2011 to over $8.85 billion in 2014 and that its Net Income of $671.40 million in 2011 decreased to a Net Loss of $388.60 million in 2014. Shares of Avon Products, Inc. (NYSE:AVP) declined from $34.86 per share in October 2010 to as low as $7.47 per share in January 2015.
