The settlement for this action includes the following investments (1) AMC Entertainment Inc (2) SunGard Data Systems Inc (3) Aramark Corporation (4) Kinder Morgan Inc (5) HCA Inc (6) Freescale Semiconductor Inc (7) Harrah’s Entertainment Inc (8) TXU Coration Collectively referred to as The “Target Companies”, March 2 and 17, 2015 - The court approved the settlement, the plan of allocation, the motion for attorneys’ fees and expenses, and dismissed the action with prejudice.
February 11, 2015 - The court held a final settlement hearing.
September 29, 2014 - The court preliminarily approved the settlements.
June 11, 2014 - Stipulations of settlements were filed by the parties.
June 22, 2012 - A motion to dismiss the sixth amended complaint was filed.
June 14, 2012 - A sixth amended complaint was filed.
September 7, 2011 - The court granted in part and denied in part the plaintiffs' motion to amend the complaint.
July 11, 2011 - A fifth motion to amend the complaint was filed.
October 21, 2010 - A motion to dismiss the fourth amended complaint was filed.

January 23, 2009 - A renewed motion to dismiss the denied dismissal was filed.
December 15, 2008 - The court denied one of the defendants' motions to dismiss.
November 20, 2008 - The court granted three of the defendants' motions to dismiss.

December 28, 2007 - Investors in shares of numerous investments (including AMC Entertainment Inc NYSE: AMC) filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts against Bain Capital Partners LLC, The Goldman Sachs Group Inc, The Blackstone Group LP, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co LP, TPG Capital LP, TC Group III LP and TC Group IV LP, and Silver Lake Technology Management LLC over an alleged conspiracy among defendant private equity firms to rig bids, restrict the supply of private equity financing, fix transaction prices, and divide up the market for private equity services for leveraged buyouts.
